Ekaterina Palitava is a seasoned product designer and UX/UI designer with a strong background in both design and logistics. Currently serving as a Product Designer at MasterBorn since November 2023, Ekaterina previously worked at Blix from May 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included designing user interfaces for mobile applications, collaborating with development teams, improving graphic interfaces, and preparing design documentation. Prior experience includes roles as a Freight Forwarder at Krafttrans Taurus Sp. z o.o. and AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG, and as a Transport and Freight-Forwarding Manager at TELS, with a focus on optimizing customer processes, managing routes and cargo delivery, and maintaining supplier relationships. Early career experience as a Spanish Interpreter at BZS Venezuela S.A. involved translations, negotiations, and logistical coordination. Ekaterina holds a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics and Bachelor's degrees in French Studies and French Language and Literature from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and Belarusian State University.
