Jarek Cichon has a strong background in sales, business development, and project management. Jarek has worked as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Master Power Technologies since November 2018, where they developed and implemented business development and sales strategies for modular and B&M data centers. Prior to this, they worked at Neotel as a Project Consultant and Head of Professional and Transformation Services, where they identified potential service offerings, negotiated commercial contracts, and transformed and managed services for network and business operations. Before Neotel, Jarek worked at Ericsson as an Engagement & Commercial Director, where they led sales and business development efforts, resulting in increased regional sales and successful customer projects.

Jarek Cichon has a strong education background in the fields of control systems/avionics and aviation. Jarek attended Technical University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a B. Deg. Level degree. Jarek'sstudies focused on control systems/avionics within the field of aviation. Prior to their university education, Jarek attended Technical High School from 1978 to 1983. During this time, they studied electrical, electronic, and communications engineering technology.

In addition to their formal education, Jarek Cichon has gained additional certifications to further enhance their skill set. Jarek obtained a diploma in "Driving Strategic Impact (Online)" from the Institute for Personal Leadership in November 2014. Jarek also obtained an accreditation diploma in "Sales@Excellence" from Ericsson in June 2014. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
