Shaw Soltani possesses extensive experience in sales and management within the HVAC industry, currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at The Master Group since October 2020. Prior to this role, Shaw was a Partner at EFI Concepts from March 2008 to October 2021 and owned GSI (HVAC) Inc from October 2000 to March 2008. Additionally, Shaw held the position of V.P. Sales & Marketing at ASL (Tomkins) Lid from August 1987 to June 2000. Shaw holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Heat Transfer from Imperial College London, earned between 1972 and 1977.
