Swapnil Kulkarni has a diverse work experience in software development and team leadership. Swapnil started their career in 2010 as a final year engineering student, where they developed a web-based time tracking and timesheet software using plain JDBC and Hibernate. In 2012, they worked as an Android Developer at uchange technologies Pvt Ltd., where they developed a story reader app. Swapnil then joined Greyhound Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2013 as a Team Lead for Android development. In 2014, Swapnil became a Senior Software Engineer at Intelliswift Software, Inc. before joining Mastek in 2015. At Mastek, they held multiple roles, including Senior Software Engineer and Software Specialist, where they led the development of in-store Android and web applications for Morrisons. Swapnil'sresponsibilities included designing key components of Android applications and delivering releases for AWS microservices and Android mobile apps.

Swapnil Kulkarni attended SND College of Engg. and obtained a B.E. degree in Computer. Additionally, they received a certification in Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2019.
