Sachin Jichkar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Sachin started their career as a Software Consultant at Luscious Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2006. Sachin then worked as a Software Engineer at Skill Resource Software Pvt. Ltd. from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they designed and developed a Revenue management system for a large hotel chain in the USA.

In 2009, Sachin joined Jacada as a Solution Designer, where they supported Technical Architects in solution options and worked on performance tuning for telesales portal. Sachin also supported Business Analysts in creating functional specification documents.

From 2009 to 2018, Sachin worked at Nihilent Technologies as a Senior Solution Designer. Sachin worked on various assignments for client organizations, ranging from Lead Developer to Technical Architect. Sachin also assisted in presales activities, creating and reviewing solution proposals.

In 2014, Sachin joined RS Components as a Java Architect. Their responsibilities included collaborative solutionizing, creating technical and system design documents, and post-production support. Sachin also assessed non-functional aspects of the system and created proof of concepts.

From 2018 to 2022, Sachin worked at Siemens Technology India as a Senior Consultant-Technology Lead. Sachin led multiple projects in the Rail Automation domain, created technical architecture, and wrote functional specifications and design documents. Sachin also performed development management, peer code reviews, and mentoring. Additionally, they served as a Line Manager and Scrum Master for the Rail Automation project for Spain counterpart.

At KPMG UK, Sachin worked as a Lead Software Engineer from 2022 to 2023. Sachin contributed to application modernization and delivered projects for internal and external customers. Sachin also worked on Java upgrade projects from Java 8 to Java 17.

Currently, they are working at Mastek as a Senior Specialist-Lead Developer.

Sachin Jichkar obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University during the period of 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the same university from 2000 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services in August 2022. Sachin also holds certifications such as the Siemens Software Architect (SWA), obtained in 2019, and the Intermediate Enterprise & Solution Architecture certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, obtained in 2017. Furthermore, Sachin Jichkar has also completed the QpiAI-IISc Joint Training and Certification Program in Artificial Intelligence, though the specific month of completion is not provided.
