Natarajan Subramaniam has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Natarajan started their career in 1995 at Titan Company Limited, where they worked for 9 years as an Executive in Supply Chain Management and as an Oracle Consultant for ERP. In 2006, they joined HCL Technologies as a Consultant, where they worked on a project for Amar Ujala Publication Ltd. In 2007, they joined Wipro Technologies as a Senior Practice Manager and stayed there until 2017. In the same year, they joined Mastek and Evosys as Vice President in different roles. Natarajan'sexpertise lies in supply chain management, ERP consulting, and regional business solutions.

Natarajan Subramaniam completed their Higher Diploma in Software Engineering from APTECH in 1996-1997. Natarajan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce in Commerce and Economics from the University of Madras from 1995-1998. In 1999-2004, they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A) from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Finally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY from 2011-2012.
