Rayson Ho has extensive work experience in various roles in the data management and consulting field. Rayson started their career at Allstate Insurance as a Developer, where they worked until 2000. Rayson then joined Locus Systems Inc as a Development Team Leader until 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at DWL as a Data Modeler and Transition Manager. Rayson then joined IBM, where they held roles as a Development Project Manager and later as a Senior Development Manager. At IBM, they were responsible for multiple software development releases. In 2009, they transitioned to Mastech InfoTrellis, where they started as a Senior Manager, providing strategic consultation for data management and governance needs. Rayson then progressed to the role of Principal Consultant, where they provided leadership in program management and directed analysts and technical consultants in data management solution programs. Their most recent positions at Mastech InfoTrellis include Director, CX Client Success and Director, Client Services.

Rayson Ho has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, which they obtained from 1993 to 1996. In 2007, they also completed a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, specializing in Information Technology Project Management. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in different fields, such as the Snowflake Technical Sales Professional Accreditation from Snowflake in 2023 and the PCEP – Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer from the Python Institute in 2021. Rayson has also received certifications from IBM for Cloud Pak for Data Sales Foundations, DataOps (UG&I) Sales Foundation, and IBM Cloud Pak for Data V2.5.x Dashboards. Additionally, they have certifications in IBM Watson Knowledge Catalog Essentials and IBM Cognos Analytics & Watson Analytics Sales Professional v1.
