Juan Necochea is currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships at MassRobotics, the largest hub for robotics commercialization in the US. Prior to this, Juan worked as a Consultant at MIT Solve, People Operations Manager at Mesodyne, and Director of Operations and Networks at ChileMass. With a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Juan has also held roles at LATAM Airlines Group and EBM Consulting, focusing on commercial training and development. Additionally, Juan has experience in research analysis and teaching in the field of organizational behavior.
