With extensive experience in learning design and product innovation, Preston held positions such as Global Director of Learning Design & Product Innovation at Kineo and Global L&D Director at Boston Consulting Group. Notable achievements include building high-performing teams, enhancing learner engagement, and implementing technology-driven learning solutions across various organizations like Harvard Business School and GP Strategies Corporation. An alumnus of Stonehill College, San Diego State University, and Harvard Business School, Preston's career began with impactful community work as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Niger.
