Momin Faqi is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in progressive and molecular gastronomy. Currently serving as a Senior Brand Chef and previously as a Brand Chef at Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. since January 2017, Momin Faqi specializes in modern European and Asian cuisine. Prior experience includes a role as Sous Chef at Masala Library by Jiggs Kal., focusing on progressive Indian cuisine and molecular gastronomy, and as Chef De Partie at Indigo by Vineet Bhatia.
