Previously, at The Cook & Boardman Group, LLC, Lionel managed multiple application development teams across two countries, utilizing Agile Scrum methodologies. Lionel has extensive project management experience with Reynolds American Inc. and Herbalife Nutrition, where impactful projects led to significant improvements in website traffic and substantial budget savings. With a solid foundation in technology leadership from roles at Hanesbrands Inc., Waddell & Reed Financial Services, and consulting positions at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Wipro Technologies, Lionel holds advanced degrees in computer engineering and chemical engineering, complemented by leadership training from The Wharton School.
