Miguel Paixao has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at Massimo Dutti since June 2012. Prior to this role, Miguel worked at Zara Portugal as a Payroll Processor from May 2006 to June 2012, focusing on payroll management. Miguel's career began at Hospital Curry Cabral, where the responsibilities included organizing patient records and processes in the Emergency Service from April 2002 to May 2006. Miguel holds a degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos and Psychology from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa, completed between 2008 and 2011.
