Kate Joyce, CPM®, currently serves as Senior Asset Manager at MassHousing since November 2021. Previous positions include Consultant at KAJ Compliance and Property Management, Project Manager at FinePoint Associates, and Senior Property Manager at Beacon Communities LLC, where management of a 967-unit affordable apartment community was a key responsibility. Kate has held roles as Regional Director at Trinity Management, LLC, and Director of Compliance at Cornu Management Company, overseeing compliance for multiple LIHTC properties. Additionally, Kate has experience as Regional Property Manager for Cornu Management Co Inc and as Property Manager since 1992. Kate holds a BA in English and Business from the University of New Hampshire and attended Mount Saint Mary's Seminary from 1984 to 1988.
