Tiffanie Tovar is an experienced community engagement professional currently serving as the Community Manager at MassChallenge since November 2021, where the focus is on connecting startups, experts, corporations, and communities to address significant challenges. Prior to this role, Tiffanie Tovar worked as a Strategic Initiatives Specialist at Act from June 2017 to August 2021, promoting innovative methods for safer neighborhoods through community empowerment. Tiffanie Tovar also gained experience as a Program Intern at Cities of Service from October 2016 to May 2017, supporting mayors in enhancing community collaboration. Additionally, Tiffanie Tovar's early experience includes a Student Internship at Austin Street Center in June 2012, dedicated to serving homeless populations in Dallas. Tiffanie Tovar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Political Science from Barnard College, obtained in 2017, and graduated from The Hockaday School with a high school diploma.
