Charlene Allen is the Director & Advisor at MSPCA-Angell. Charlene has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Charlene began their career as a human resources generalist at SciTex. Charlene then became a senior recruiter at the Massachusettes Water Resources Authority (MRWA), where they coordinated the court-ordered staffing process throughout the state of Massachusetts. In 1989, Charlene joined Camp Dresser Mc Kee Inc as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, they assisted the Director of Human Resources with redesigning and implementing the firm’s appraisal, training processes and vacation, sick, and overtime policies as part of a firm-wide reorganization. Charlene left Camp Dresser Mc Kee Inc in 1996 to start their own human resources consulting company. Charlene has been with MSPCA-Angell since 2001.

Charlene Allen has a Bachelor's Degree in Theirtory from Regis College.
