Ryan Malone, ACE, currently serves as the Airport Operations Shift Manager at Massachusetts Port Authority, a position held since September 2017. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Portsmouth International Airport at Pease from December 2011 to September 2017, where Ryan held multiple positions including Senior Airport Operations Specialist, Airport Operations Specialist, and worked on the Airport Snow Desk. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management and an Associate of Science in Aviation Operations, both obtained from Daniel Webster College between 2005 and 2010.
