Karen LaPointe has over 35 years of experience in customer service, sales, and marketing management across various industries. Currently serving as the Advertising and Trade Show Manager at the Massachusetts Municipal Association since July 2004, Karen previously held positions such as Customer Service Manager and Account Manager at Bayside Expo, and Customer Service Manager/Account Executive/Director of Sales at Champion Exposition Services. Earlier in their career, Karen gained valuable experience at Infusaid Corporation and EMD Serono, focusing on customer service and operations. Karen holds an Associate Degree in Business from Bryant & Stratton College and a Certificate in EEO/Affirmative Action from Bentley College, complemented by ongoing education in various courses.
