Michael Mulkern is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Credentialing at Massachusetts Maritime Academy since August 2023. Previously, Michael completed a Java Development Bootcamp at Tech Elevator from March to June 2023, gaining hands-on experience with Java, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML, and CSS. Prior to this, Michael held various positions, including Chief Mate, Second Mate, and Third Mate, at PHOENIX PROCESSOR LIMITED PARTNERSHIP from June 2010 to December 2022. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, earned between August 2000 and June 2004.
