Bridget Tan

Bridget Tan is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Member Relations at the Massachusetts Immigrant & Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA), where responsibilities include managing programs and budgets, as well as developing strategic partnerships. Prior experience includes working as a Career and Education Navigator at FamilyAid, where partnership development and content expertise were key focuses. In previous roles at JVS Boston and the Disability Policy Consortium, Bridget provided support for refugee resettlement programs and managed complaint investigations for MassHealth enrollees, respectively. Additionally, as Program Manager and Client Services Coordinator at Refugee Immigration Ministry, Bridget led the ESL program and managed client case needs. Previous operational experience includes managing a food pantry and serving on the board of the Immigration Outreach Service Center. Bridget holds a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management & Philanthropy from Bay Path University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Towson University.
