Mike Salguero is the Founder and CEO of ButcherBox, established in June 2015, where the mission is to provide 100% Grass Fed beef, organic chicken, and sustainable pork sourced from small farms across the United States. Additionally, Mike serves as the Director of the MGH President’s Council at Massachusetts General Hospital, enhancing community support for the hospital's mission. With extensive experience as a guest speaker, Mike has delivered over 100 talks on topics including bootstrapping, scaling culture, and innovation in meat, and has lectured at prestigious institutions such as Babson College and Harvard University. Previous roles include Co-Founder and CEO of CustomMade.com and Board Member at Rumsey Electric Co. Mike holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College and has completed undergraduate studies at Boston University and The Hotchkiss School.
