Andrew Steffen has extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as the Sports Wagering Operations Manager at the Massachusetts Gaming Commission since October 2016, where previous roles included Interim Sports Wagering Operations Manager, Casino Regulatory Manager, Supervising Gaming Agent, and Gaming Agent. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. from November 2014 to October 2016, holding positions as Surveillance Lead and Surveillance Officer at Horseshoe Casino Baltimore. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Sport Management from Central Michigan University, obtained between 2009 and 2012, and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Lake Michigan College, earned from 2007 to 2009.
