Kerry Spence has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career at Rockland Trust as a Commercial Loan Officer from 1985 to 1990. They then worked at the Federal Reserve System as an Examiner from 1992 to 1995. Following that, they joined Coutts as Vice President, Compliance from 1995 to 1997. Finally, they became the President of Massachusetts Bay Lines, Inc, a position they have held since 1998.

Kerry Spence earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the College of the Holy Cross from 1980 to 1985. Later, from 1990 to 1992, Kerry obtained an MBA in Finance from Barry University Andreas School of Business.
