Oscar Garcia Rubio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Oscar began their career in 2005 as an Auxiliar Administrative at Cadbury Schweppes Bottling Group, where they supervised shippings and elaborated reports. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Solectron as a Scholarship recipient and provided quotes and LAFAS. Oscar then moved on to Flextronics in 2007 as a Financial Analyst, analyzing revenue and production costs for various projects.

In 2008, Oscar joined Promomarketing and Sells of Mexico as a Customer Service representative, selling marketing campaign services and assisting customers with conferences. Oscar then moved to Seerauber Automotive in 2015 as a Program Manager, overseeing warehouse operations, planning, and customer service.

In 2017, Oscar joined Sanmina as a Program Manager Sr., responsible for managing customer contacts, providing sales reports, and coordinating with different departments to meet customer priorities. Oscar also worked as a Sales Executive Sr. at Mannesmann Precision Tubes GmbH during this time, before transitioning to MASS Precision, Inc. in 2022 as a Program Manager.

Oscar Garcia Rubio completed their education at Universidad del Valle de Atemajac from 2002 to 2005. Oscar obtained a Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional with a focus on Gestion logistica, de materiales y de la cadena de suministro, as well as a Lic. Comercio Internacional with a specialization in Negocios internacionales/Comercio internacional.
