Cathy Bourassa has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Cathy started their career at Sunrise Telecom in 2000 as an Inside Sales and Marketing Administrator, where they supervised the marketing assistant and handled inside sales and online store activities. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at Spectrum Semiconductor Materials as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, providing support to sales representatives and managing the sales lead database.

In 2006, they joined MDC Vacuum Products, LLC as an Inside Sales/Account Manager, where they provided exemplary customer service to assigned accounts and served as the main point of contact for major customers. Cathy also handled order placement, expediting, schedules, RMA's, and quoting.

In 2012, Bourassa became an Account/Operations Manager at NSI, before moving to Cortec Precision Manufacturing in 2013 as an NPI Program Manager. In this role, they managed new production introduction activities, monitored estimating and engineer need date activities, negotiated critical business matters, and assisted with establishing and maintaining a global supply chain.

Subsequently, they worked at Wolfe Engineering as an Inside Sales Account Manager in 2014, and then at FM Industries as an RPM Manager from 2015 to 2017. Their responsibilities at FM Industries included managing the RPM team.

Since 2017, Bourassa has been working at South Bay Solutions, Inc. as an NPI Program Manager, and they also hold the position of Project Manager at MASS Precision, Inc.

Overall, Bourassa has extensive experience in project management, program management, sales, marketing, and account management across multiple industries.

Cathy Bourassa pursued their higher education at two different institutions. From the years 1995 to 1999, they attended San Jose State University, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business/Marketing. Following this, from 2005 to 2006, they enrolled in the University of Phoenix and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management.
