NovaLeigh Dodge-Krupa, PT, CEEAA, serves as the Executive Director of Urgent Care at Mass General Brigham since July 2021 and previously held the title of Operations and Experience Director of MGB Urgent Care. Prior experience includes Vice President of Clinical Ops Integration at Genesis HealthCare from 2019 to 2021, where collaboration across functional groups was key in driving strategy alignment and project implementation. At Genesis Rehabilitation Services, from 1999 to 2019, leadership was provided in strategic projects and the evolution of rehab value-based care models, managing an annual revenue budget of $155 million. NovaLeigh's extensive background also includes various roles in rehabilitation and physical therapy across different healthcare organizations, including Frontier Group and Mariner Health Care. NovaLeigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University.
