Jackie Mulgrew is a Clinical Informaticist at Mass General Brigham since December 2015, specializing in the EPIC healthcare system, providing solutions and support to Health Professional Departments. Previously, Jackie worked as an EPIC Clinician Builder and a Credentialed EPIC Trainer, focusing on system usability and clinician training. In addition, Jackie serves as an Educational Consultant for Allied Health, Inc., delivering specialized training to physical and occupational therapists. With a background in physical therapy dating back to 2001, Jackie has held roles including Informatics Business Analyst for EPIC at Massachusetts General Hospital and Clinical Specialist at Partners Health Care. Jackie's education includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and a degree from the University of Liverpool.
