Ebad Rahman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in population health analytics, payer strategy, and health policy. Currently serving as a Manager of Population Health Analytics at Mass General Brigham since June 2017, Ebad also leads a team focused on payer strategy and contracting. Prior roles include software development and senior data analysis at various organizations, such as Syntel, Medumo, and the Center for Health Information and Analysis. Ebad began the career as an analyst in health policy at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services. Ebad holds a Master's in Public Health with a focus on Health Management and Policy from Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in Astronomy and Journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
