Rich Cook currently serves as the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Growth and Workforce at Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, leading initiatives to enhance the state's advanced manufacturing ecosystem. Previously, Rich held multiple roles at Bemis Associates, including Operations Training Specialist and Production Manager, where training programs and production processes were developed and managed. Additionally, Rich gained experience in security management in various roles, including Site Supervisor at Apollo International and Security Officer at TW and Company, Inc., along with oversight responsibilities at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Transportation Security Inspector. Rich holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Fitchburg State University, a BBA from Nichols College, and an Associate's Degree from Mount Wachusett Community College.
