Pavan Palety currently serves as the Head of Sales & Growth for TMT, HLS, BFSI, Energy, and Industrials at Fractal since July 2021. Prior to this, Pavan was a Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer at Samya.ai, a Sequoia Capital-funded AI company focused on Revenue Growth in the CPG space, from January 2020 to July 2022. Pavan also held the position of Geography Head for Europe at MarketsandMarketsâ„¢ from November 2017 to January 2020, playing a key role in sales and partner relations. Earlier in career, Pavan was Regional Head of Growth & Business Development at Mu Sigma Inc., contributing significantly to the company's presence in Europe. Additional experience includes various roles at Mu Sigma Inc., TCS, and educational qualifications from London Business School in Finance and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
