Meghan Abella Bowen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development and education. Currently serving as the Senior Program Manager of Manufacturing Workforce Partnerships at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative since January 2020, Meghan has previously held significant roles at Bristol Community College from March 2007 to November 2019, including Associate Dean for STEM Initiatives and Director of both the SAGE and SMART Projects. Earlier in the career, Meghan was the Director of Programs at the Brockton Area Workforce Investment Board from 2001 to 2007. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Agricultural Education from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
