Dale Abrams possesses extensive experience in environmental education and program management, currently serving as the Regional Education Manager for Mass Audubon since January 2016, overseeing a variety of educational initiatives across Western Massachusetts. Previous roles include Education and Volunteer Coordinator, developing programs for diverse age groups in Berkshire County, and serving as Science Education Director at Flying Cloud Institute, where educational programs were directed for local schools. Dale has also contributed as a Board Member and Committee Chair for Great Barrington Land Conservancy since 2002, including a term as board president from 2010 to 2014. A background in real estate as a Broker Associate at Wheeler & Taylor Realty Co, alongside earlier experience as Education Programs Coordinator at The Orion Society, complements a solid educational foundation, holding a Master of Science in Environmental Studies with a focus on Environmental Education and dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Life Science Teaching.
