Ranbir Kapoor is an accomplished music industry professional with extensive experience in artist and repertoire (A&R) management. Currently serving as Senior A&R and Label Coordinator at Mass Appeal since September 2022, Ranbir previously held the position of Lead A&R at FoundOut Records and DefJam Recordings India with Universal Music India. Prior to that, Ranbir worked as Executive Producer and Senior Consultant at A-List Talent Agency and gained foundational experience as an Administration, Licensing & Royalties Intern at Atlas Music Publishing. Additional roles include freelance marketing, social media, and public relations, as well as experience as a live and sessions drummer, performing with notable bands and contributing to prominent music publications. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Music Business/Management from Berklee College of Music.
