Chef 1 is currently the Catering Head Chef at Masque Restaurant. Prior to this, they worked their way up through the ranks at accorhotels, starting as a commi chef in 2008, before being promoted to dcdp in 2010 and cdp in 2011. Chef 1 has a wealth of experience and has been working in the catering industry for over 10 years.

They work with and R&D Head - GOL GOL. Their manager is Akshat Agarwal, Catering and FMCG Head.
