Jorge Federico Meade is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Latin Goodness Foods/MasPanadas since January 2022, Jorge has a strong background in driving growth and building brands. Previous roles include President of Tacombi, where Jorge developed strategies to elevate the Vista Hermosa brand to a national level, and President of Bahlsen North America, overseeing multiple brands with full P&L responsibility. Jorge also held the position of Vice President of Marketing for Weetabix North America and COO at Enjoy Life Foods, where organizational growth initiatives were prioritized. Additionally, Jorge has contributed to education as a guest speaker at Rutgers Business School and served on the Board of Nafinsa Bank, offering guidance to Mexican entrepreneurs in the U.S. Jorge holds an Executive Management Program certification from IMD and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
