Elena Rosenblum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food business sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Union Kitchen since September 2015. In this role, Elena leads strategic initiatives for emerging consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands, oversees consulting services, manages grant programs, and supports the investment fund. Previous positions include Vice President of Growth and various roles within the Accelerator, where Elena developed and implemented the Union Kitchen Accelerator program, organized industry events, and produced market assessment reports. Elena’s background includes board positions at multiple organizations, management experience in international development in Thailand, and internships at notable institutions such as the U.S. Department of State and CSIS. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from William & Mary and has furthered education in Food Science and Technology, with ongoing studies at multiple international institutions.
