Dr. Melissa V. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dr. Melissa most recently worked as the Corporate Director of Organization Development and Training at Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, they founded and served as the President of the Addiction Foundation, where they provided addiction recovery solutions and acted as a public speaker and mentor for affected families. Dr. V. also held positions at WellSpan Health, where they were involved in workforce development and learning solutions, and at Executive Management Strategies, where they worked as an independent consultant conducting workshops and seminars on operational process improvement and organizational development. Dr. Melissa has also worked at Penn State College of Medicine, Volunteers of America Pennsylvania, Central Penn College, and the American Red Cross, holding various leadership roles and responsibilities.

Dr. Melissa V. has a diverse education history. Dr. Melissa obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in double major American Studies and Sociology, with a minor in Spanish, from Dickinson College between 1991 and 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in American Studies at Penn State University from 1995 to 1997.

Continuing their educational journey, Dr. Melissa V. enrolled at Argosy University from 1998 to 2003, earning an EdD in Education with a focus on Organizational Leadership. Dr. Melissa furthered their education at Colorado Technical University, where they completed an Executive MBA program in Business between 2011 and 2012.

Additionally, Dr. Melissa V. attended the Harvard Management Development Program at Harvard University, where they obtained a Certificate in 2003.
