Doug Alvarez, FMP has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the facilities management industry. Doug currently serves as the Director of Facilities Services at Masonic Homes of California. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Alliance Director at CBRE, where they oversaw the account management team and maintained strong client relationships. Doug also worked as an Account Director at Jones Lang LaSalle and Facilities Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. Additionally, they served as the Senior Real Estate & Facilities Manager at Epicor Software Corp, managing a large real estate portfolio and overseeing various facility operations. Doug's earlier experience includes roles at Masonic Homes of California and Lam Research Corporation, where they held positions of Senior Director and Operations Manager, respectively. Throughout their career, Doug has consistently focused on service quality, efficiency, and cost reduction strategies.

Doug Alvarez, FMP attended the University of San Francisco from 2002 to 2006 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior. Doug also holds a Health & Safety Management Certificate in EH&S Management from UC Santa Cruz. Doug has also obtained the Facilities Management Professional certification from IFMA, although the specific month and year are unknown.
