Joel Moore has over two decades of experience in information technology and cyber security. Currently serving as the Information Services & Cyber Security Manager at Mason County PUD No. 3 since July 2018, Joel provides expertise in network and cyber security management. Prior to this role, Joel was the Network Systems Supervisor at Mason County Public Utility Dist. #3 from 2001 to July 2018 and worked as a Computer Systems Analyst/Web Designer for the City of Olympia from February 1998 to June 2001. Joel holds an Associate of Applied Arts in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2006 and 2008.
