Derek Beere is a seasoned public relations professional with extensive experience in agency management and strategic planning. As Senior Vice President of Public Relations at Mason since 2002, Derek has been instrumental in client campaign development, recruiting, and managing integrated public relations strategies. Previous roles at Mason include Vice President and Director of Public Relations, where responsibilities encompassed executing marketing communications programs and overseeing client budgets. Additionally, Derek is the Founder and Owner of Loot Recordings, an independent record label specializing in electronic music, where management of a diverse artist roster and promotional activities are central to operations. Derek holds a BA in Communications with a Marketing Minor from Central Connecticut State University.
