Joycelyn Senter currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Mason City Schools since August 2022, following a position as Principal at Princeton City Schools from July 2015 to 2022, where responsibilities included identifying and addressing student needs and providing instructional leadership. Previously, Joycelyn held the role of Assistant Principal at Mason City Schools from August 2011 to July 2015, implementing a paperless documentation system for social cruelty complaints and leading mental health training for faculty. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Principal at Cincinnati Public Schools from August 2006 to June 2011, focusing on creating schedules, coordinating events, and fostering a positive school culture. Joycelyn holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Cincinnati and another in Curriculum and Instruction from Miami University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Mount St. Joseph University.
