Stephane Debeusscher has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Director at Masimo since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Safran from 2016 to 2021, where their roles included Strategic Project Leader and Operations & Customer Service Director. Stephane also worked at Zodiac Aerospace from 2010 to 2016, serving as General Manager for Zodiac Electrical Inserts USA, General Manager for Zodiac Aerospace Manufacturing Asia, Plant Manager, and Industrial Project Manager. Before that, they were employed at Faurecia from 2002 to 2010, where they held several positions such as Operations & Manufacturing Engineering Director, Program Director, Program Manufacturing Leader, Production Manager, Production System Efficiency Coordinator, and Logistic Manager. In addition, they worked at Valeo in 2001 as a Plant Quality Manager and at Sylea (Automotive branch Labinal) from 1997 to 2001 as a Production Manager and Process Engineer.

Stephane Debeusscher obtained an Engineer Arts et Metiers (ENSAM - Paris Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 1994 to 1997. Later, they pursued an ESSEC & Mannheim Executive MBA (EMBA) degree in Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School in 2007 to 2008.
