Nimira Mohla is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources and talent acquisition initiatives across the APAC and LATAM regions at Masimo since June 2013. Currently serving as Director of HR, Nimira has played a pivotal role in recruitment, training, and setting up HR processes while collaborating closely with business leaders to meet organizational goals. Previous positions at Masimo include Senior Manager, HR APAC & LATAM and HR Manager roles, where substantial contributions were made in establishing HR frameworks in multiple countries. Prior to Masimo, Nimira worked as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Healthcare & Life Sciences at Michael Page International and held marketing internship positions at PepsiCo and Zeco Aircon Limited. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Human Resources Management from FORE School of Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree.
