Tony Valderrama serves as Operations Manager at Masienda since August 2021, bringing extensive experience in logistics and customer service from previous roles. From August 2015 to 2020, Tony held dual positions at Petnet(io), first as Operations Manager/Lead, where vendor relations were expanded internationally and fulfillment processes were optimized, and also as Logistics/Operations Manager, focusing on food delivery forecasting and backorder reduction. Prior experience includes a sales leadership role at Apple Retail from 2010 to August 2015, achieving significant sales figures, and positions as a Research Associate and Intern at the Council on Hemispheric Affairs and Foreign Service Institute, respectively, where research and writing on foreign relations were key responsibilities. Tony Valderrama earned a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, from 2007 to 2009.
