Kimberly Coburn is an experienced sourcing and supply chain manager currently at Masienda, overseeing all sourcing from Mexico and managing supply chain processes including freight, warehousing, and quality assurance. Previously, Kimberly served as a green coffee buyer at Equal Exchange, focusing on purchasing, value chain transparency, and certification management for organic and fair trade coffees. Kimberly's career includes a role as a senior associate in investor relations at Root Capital, where project management and donor engagement were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes positions as a development coordinator at the Environmental Defense Fund and resource development and outreach roles at Fair Trade USA. Kimberly holds a degree in International Relations with a focus on Environment and Development from Boston University and has pursued additional studies in international development and ESL/TESOL teaching certification.
