Rohan Mathew Jacob has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, holding positions such as Assistant Vice President and Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner at Mashreq, and previously serving as Assistant Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist at DAMAC Properties. Rohan has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Specialist at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and as Lead in Talent Acquisition at HDFC Securities Ltd., where responsibilities included HR business partnerships for South India. Rohan began the career as an HR Winter Intern at Tata Chemicals Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Masters in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a PGDM in Personnel Management and Human Resource Development from Balaji Institute of Modern Management, both completed between 2008 and 2010.
