Reddy Chada is an experienced professional in the Human Capital Management (HCM) technology sector, serving as President of Maseke Inc since July 2005, where the focus is on delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions including secure data integration and implementation services primarily for Workday HCM and outsourced Payroll. Prior to this role, Reddy Chada held various positions including Sr. Technologist at ADP from 1998 to 2005, Manager of HR Information Systems at Smart & Final from 1995 to 1998, and HRIS Analyst at Interpublic Group from 1992 to 1995. Reddy Chada holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from Emporia State University, as well as a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
