Elena Sponholz is an experienced Project and Program Manager currently working at Maschinenraum since October 2021, where responsibilities include project communication, coordination, and documentation, as well as conducting workshops and pitches. Prior to this, Elena held the position of Junior Project Manager at XU Group from December 2020 to September 2021, focusing on the conceptualization and realization of corporate education programs. Elena's extensive background includes a trainee position at IHK Berlin, where a leading role was taken in implementing digital examination structures, and various internships addressing project management and political communication.
