Abhinav Verma is an accomplished data engineering professional with extensive experience in data warehousing and big data solutions. Currently serving as Lead Data Engineer at Flyhomes since June 2022, Abhinav focuses on Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions. Previously, at American Express from January 2020 to June 2022, Abhinav led a team in developing cloud-based data warehousing pipelines and contributed to data localization efforts in India. Abhinav's experience also includes working as a Business Technology Analyst at ZS, where data warehousing and ETL solutions were designed for the healthcare domain, and as a Software Engineer at Kantar, where storytelling websites and dashboards were created for Fortune 500 clients. Abhinav began the professional journey as a Research Intern at BARC, involved in developing a nuclear particle detector. Abhinav holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur. The technical skill set includes Spark, Hadoop, AWS, Azure, Databricks, Python, Airflow, and SQL.
