Trang Sharbaugh has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Trang is currently a Co-founder and Chief Customer Officer at Masa, where they play a key role in the development and growth of an online platform for small-scale farmers. Trang's work at Masa focuses on strengthening localized food supply chains globally and creating a robust economy for local farmers. Prior to their role at Masa, they worked as a UX Researcher and Marketer at RMIT University and CA Souls from 2016 to 2018. Trang also has experience in Brand and Marketing Management at Galaxy Media & Entertainment from 2011 to 2014, as well as Market Research and Strategy Planning at Cimigo from 2010 to 2011. Trang began their career in Graphic Design and Marketing at Saigon Children's Charity CIO from 2009 to 2010.
Trang Sharbaugh's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at RMIT University. Trang pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design and completed their studies in 2010. After a gap of a few years, they returned to RMIT University in 2014 for their Master's Degree in Marketing, which they completed in 2015.
In addition to their formal education, Trang also obtained certifications related to human-centered design from the LUMA Institute. In May 2019, they became a LUMA Institute Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design. Trang further enhanced their knowledge in this field by completing the "Fundamentals of Innovation through Human-Centered Design" course from the LUMA Institute in March 2020.
