Ricardo R. Calderon is the current Chairman, Managing Director & Principal at MAS Advisors. Ricardo has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on strategic business development and operational oversight. Prior to joining MAS Advisors, Mr. Calderon served as a Board Member at Acadia Life Limited, a boutique private placement life insurance firm serving the needs of global ultra high net worth clients. Ricardo also served as Senior Managing Director, COO & CRO - International at MassMutual Financial Group, where they were responsible for the strategic development and operational oversight of foreign subsidiaries in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Mr. Calderon began their career as an Associate at Sherburne, Powers & Needham before moving to Hale & Dorr. Ricardo then joined MassMutual as Associate General Counsel in 1990 and was promoted to Country Manager & Senior VP International at Hartford Life in 1997.

Ricardo R. Calderon has a JD from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA from Binghamton University. Ricardo also has certification from NASAA in Series 65.
